My mini haul from Space NK consisted of the award-winning Glamglow Youthmud and the Rodial Dragon’s Blood Hyaluronic Tonic.
I had heard such great reviews about them both that I wanted to see if the hype matched the facts.
The GlamGlow Mask promises a brighter and more radiant skin in minutes and to leave skin smooth and younger looking. The first thing I notice once I’d opened my Hollywood Glam box was the tiny sized jar inside….totally out of proportion with the box size!
The product itself looked great although you have to mix it up a bit before use, as the aqua separates from the mud, so a bit annoying.
On application I found it was an exfoliator not just a mask, there were large pieces of Volcanic Minerals that felt quite harsh on my sensitive skin. I only left it on for about 10 minutes the first time as I was concerned I would react.
Did I like the product….NO! Would I use it again….YES! The truth is my skin felt amazingly smooth afterwards and the deep cleanse was one of the most effective I have used.
I then followed this with a generous spray of Rodial’s Dragon’s Blood Hyaluronic Tonic on my super clean skin.
This Tonic spray promises the following:
Helps reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
Hydrates and smoothes the appearance of skin
Helps to brighten and refresh skin
Can be used to set make-up in place
An instant skin reviver, ideal for an instant energy boost
I found it to be one of the best hydrating products I have used. It is simple, refreshing and more importantly it hydrated my skin to give it a beautiful dewy appearance….lucky me!
I finished this off with my Omorovicza Blue Diamond Concentrate & Super Cream and the final effect was – great skin, looking brighter and more radiant than it had for a long time.
The Blue Diamond Concentrate is a serum packed with my favourite ingredient, sodium Hyaluronate which gives an instant lifting and hydration and the Super Cream has copper amino acid compounds to boost collagen and elastin production. Both have a diamond infusion that provides radiance and illuminates the skin. A little pricey (but worth it)and currently only available at Harrods! Like all Omorovicza products the natural fragrance is to die for.
